岗位职责：

• 协助商务团队完成日常业务支持工作，包括数据整理、文件归档、合同管理等； 
• 协助进行信息的收集与分析； 
• 协助组织和协调部门会议、并做好会议纪要； 
• 协助跟进客户需求、项目进展及相关沟通协调工作； 
• 完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。 

任职要求： 

• 本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，商科、经济、管理类相关专业优先； 
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强； 
• 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等）； 
• 具备较强的学习能力和执行力； 
• 每周可实习3天及以上，实习期不少于3个月者优先。
