Job summary:

  • Multi product FRS Sales & Service within

  • Setting the sales budget by product line within the country, in co-operation with the Country/Regional Sales Manager.

  • Increase, year on year, the sales volume and value to improve the value and profit of business obtained on market.

 

Main responsibilities:          

  • Complete mills visit reports in a timely manner, ensure reports are concise and informative and are available through the Salesforce (CRM).

  • Ensure that technical information of all machines within the Country is updated regularly and transferred to the GV2 & Salesforce system.

  • To reduce the risk of application through a continuous updating of CRM with accurate machine data and customer needs / expectations.

  • Writing a month report to advise and assess any market changes, i.e., threats, opportunities and success/failures which may affect our business both positively and negatively.

  • Focus on selling value. Ensure customers really understands the value of our solutions concept to grow FRS profitability.  

  • Achieving the total sales budget by product line for the area of responsibility by volume and values.

  • Reduce capital employed through the management of receivables and finished goods inventories.

  • To minimize risk exposure to bad debts and product obsolescence. 

  • Effectively manage the process of change in our business and ensure that all company objectives are implemented in a timely manner.

  • Develop technically and commercially competence to follow business on all machines within the country.

  • To be flexible in dealings with all Voith personnel to improve the overall business of the company.

  • To assist customers with the necessary resources to present and discuss value base. 

  • Co-ordinate and assist the plant-based Application Engineers in mill visits to improve their perception and understanding of customer needs and fabric performance.


Qualifications and skills:

  • University technical education (papermaking engineer);

  • Knowledge of work with MS Office, Salesforce (CRM);

  • Communication skills in English, verbal and written;

  • Native Slovak language;

  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills;

  • Category B driving license
