Summary –

Provides support to the Area Manager of Fabrication and is responsible for all administrative duties for the department.

 

Responsibilities –

  • Respond to requests on behalf of the Department Supervisors
  • Maintenance and ordering of office supplies, etc.
  • Maintains files and records in accordance with internal procedures
  • Assembles relevant data, and compiles information as requested
  • Maintain and track progress of newly hired employees in manufacturing
  • Maintain accurate payroll for department employees
  • Maintain accurate charging of employee’s time to various projects
  • Displays a high level of poise and professionalism in frequent interactions with all levels of the organization

 

Qualifications –

  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize is critical
