Summary – Voith US Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to help support the Human Resources department. As part of our Global Business Service (GBS) team, this person will provide HR Administrative support for multiple locations.
Responsibilities –
- Collaborates with HR colleagues to perform and support general HR tasks and projects
- Helps support the onboarding process for new employees
- Supports the recruitment process by scheduling/conducting interviews, scheduling pre-employment background and drug screens and helps to source candidates.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality in dealing with company and employee information
- Other HR tasks as assigned
Qualifications –
- HR Generalist experience in Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits preferred
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Physical Demands – The employee is frequently required to stand, sit and walk in an office environment from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
