Summary

The incumbent in this job is responsible for shipping and receiving materials and parts in the warehouse. The position also handles basic international shipping based on sales orders. The incumbent will also perform additional Logistics functions as needed.

 

THIS POSITION IS DAY SHIFT M-F.  THE PAY RANGE IS $20.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

IF INTERESTED IN 3RD SHIFT WAREHOUSE POSITION PLEASE APPLY TO REQUISITION 75166.  THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 8PM-6AM M-TH.  THE PAY RANGE FOR 3RD SHIFT IS $22.00 - $24.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform fast paced, accurate shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks both inside and outside.
  • Delivery & retrieval of parts to and from assembly workshop area.
  • Post receipts, picks, shipments & scan completed documents
  • Use of handheld scanning device (WMS) to perform real-time inventory transactions.
  • MHE inspection/maintenance checks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Minimum (3) years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • STRONG organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • STRONG working knowledge of computers and Windows software.
  • STRONG knowledge of inventory practices and procedures.
  • SUFFICIENT product knowledge in order to resolve inventory issues.
  • STRONG pick and pack techniques for shipping of inventory.
  • PRIOR Forklift/Highreach operation & certification.
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • UPS/Fed-Ex/LTL shipping knowledge.
