Summary – 

Strengthen the awareness of Voith brands, products and services across North America through strategic marketing communications initiatives. Lead planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing communications programs aligned with global strategy and regional business priorities. Partner closely with regional leadership, sales teams, SMEs, and global communications team to drive brand visibility, customer engagement and lead generation.

 

Responsibilities –

 

Strategic marketing communications

 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications programs supporting business growth objectives.
  • Serve as the primary regional liaison with Global Group Communications and the Solutions Portfolio team to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, campaigns, and priorities.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to regional leadership and operating units to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate identity, branding, and messaging standards across all communications channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, advertisements, newsletters, and digital content.

 

Campaign management & content strategy

 

  • Lead regional rollout and execution of product, service, and project campaigns across paid, shared, and owned channels.
  • Contribute to newsroom/editorial planning process.
  • Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and value propositions for regional audiences, market conditions, and customer needs.
  • Develop compelling audience-focused content that supports awareness, engagement, lead generation and sales funnel growth.
  • Support social media strategy, including organic and paid campaigns.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, audience insights, and effectiveness using CRM, analytics, and digital tools.

 

Customer experience & digital engagement

 

  • Support trade shows, exhibitions, and events
  • Ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints, including websites, digital assets, brochures, presentations, and trade show materials.
  • Contribute to newsroom/editorial planning process.

 

 

Required Skills/Abilities -

  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.

 

Education and Experience -

 

  • At least 10-12 years working experience in marketing or integrated marketing communications within a global company or agency environment (B2B a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience working within global organization and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).
