Summary – The Manufacturing Coordinator II ensures timely delivery of shop-made components through effective communication, schedule comprehension, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities –

  • Communicate component status and roadblocks to the organization and facilitate solutions.
  • Assemble relevant data, and compiles information as requested.
  • Support controls team with reports related to manufacturing scheduling and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing department heads to identify critical path activities and remove potential bottleneck situations.
  • Understand technical drawings and documents to resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Grasp quality standards and lead the team to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain files and records in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Display a high level of poise and professionalism in frequent interactions with all levels of the organization.

 

Qualifications –

  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • Recommended 2 years’ experience in manufacturing process planning, or project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP
  • Experience in custom product manufacturing flow
  • Understanding of Project Schedule with a focus on on-time deliveries

  • The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting (PPE required).  The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
  • The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
