Manager, Manufacturing Supply & Control

Summary – The Manager of Manufacturing Supply and Control ensures effective production to complete projects within schedule and budget, while prioritizing safety and quality.

Responsibilities –

  • Establish targets for manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan functional workload to ensure priorities are aligned and adhered.
  • Create and monitor recovery plans that involve multiple functions to ensure float recovery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze drawings, inspection test planes, and work orders to suggest alternative manufacturing solutions based on machine effectivity and schedule compliance.
  • Develop real-time technical solutions to resolve manufacturing challenges, whether they arise internally or externally.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the organization to drive schedule adherence and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with technical inquiries concerning outsourced components.
  • Ensure complete delivery of all manufactured components to site.
  • Develop and maintain schedule transparency within the Company.
  • Provide schedules and plans when requested by Customers, submitted via Project Management.

Qualifications –

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Recommended 2 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing process planning, project scheduling, or project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Primavera (P6), SAP
  • Experience in custom product manufacturing flow
  • Understanding of Float Management, Capacity Planning

  • The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
