  • Coordinate closely with OPM, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Transport, Installation, Commissioning, and other relevant stakeholders to establish a consistent and feasible overall schedule.

  • Assess sourcing strategies, countries of origin, procurement / manufacturing durations, transport concepts, and pre-assembly / factory assembly assumptions from a scheduling perspective.
  • Ensure that all relevant interfaces with customers, consortium partners, other OUs, sub-suppliers, and external parties are reflected appropriately in the overall schedule.
  • Perform schedule analyses, including critical path, multiple critical paths, and near-critical paths, in order to identify key risks and opportunities during the offer phase.
  • Prepare alternative overall schedules, scenarios, and planning options to support offer strategy, feasibility assessment, and internal decision-making.
  • Review schedule quality in line with the DCMA 14 Point Assessment criteria.
  • Support and coordinate internal schedule alignment and review processes, including participation in Design Freeze 0 (DF0) and preparation / coordination of the OTO SFAC (Schedule Freeze Acceptance Certificate).
  • Update and revise the overall schedule during the negotiation phase in the event of customer changes or revised project assumptions.
