As Global Manufacturing Planner (m/f/d) & Process Owner IT, you will hold global responsibility for manufacturing planning standards and IT/MES enablement. Your mission is to ensure harmonized production scheduling, digital transparency, and consistent system utilization across all plants.

Your tasks

• Define and further develop the global production and detailed planning model.
• Govern the end-to-end Manufacturing process, including process and change management as Global Process Owner (GPO).
• Define and manage global MES and planning IT standards.
• Lead global workstreams such as Digital & Smart Manufacturing and special workgroups.
• Coordinate global IT and planning requirements with IT and key users.
• Ensure global adoption through training and rollout concepts.
• Set and ensure compliance with global standards and governance at local sites.
• Collect and structure feedback from local counterparts for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application of planning logic and data quality across sites. 
• Stabilize planning processes and support pilots and rollouts, including escalation and decision-making as GPO.

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a comparable field.
• Experience in production planning and MES implementations across multiple sites.
• Process-oriented mindset, strong IT affinity, governance and facilitation skills.
• Excellent English skills spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally (50%).

This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations. The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based - this is not a fully remote position.
