To ensure all fabrics meet Voith's quality standards which meet or exceed our customer's expectations.



  • Work with and carry out tasks passed on from Finishing Team Leader
  • Advise Finishing Team Leader on working conditions of equipment in this area
  • Maintain product quality to the standards established
  • Advise Finishing Team Leader of supplies needed to carry out and complete tasks needed



Training in:

  • company orientation outlined in the company introduction
  • company general safety policies and specific job related policies
  • applicable ISO standards and structure
  • policies outlined in the Quality Policy Manual 
  • Process Improvement Team concept (PIT) and philosophy of the TQC program
  • Orientation in policies contained in the Employee Policy Handbook
  • fabric design and construction of forming fabrics
  • seven basic SPC tools, which include: Pareto, Histogram, Cause and Effect, Control Chart, Flow Chart, Scatter Diagram, and Run Chart (OPTIONAL)
  • applicable Work Instructions 



High School Diploma/Equivalent
