  • Be responsible for the integrated Quality Management System for all Chinese plants and workshops (JV’s with a share of 50% or above) – develop, implement and continuously improvement to  Excellence (EFQM)
  • Maintain and achieve the certifications according the defined and required scope
  • Be responsible for internal & external 3rd party quality audit activities (management system)
  • Coordination of internal & external QMS related information and data control
  • Monitor and control QMS process
  • Lead  the QMS function and the team
  • Responsible for the management review, internal audit, QMS corrective / preventive actions
  • Quality system document and record control
  • Quality data / database input and maintenance
  • Support CRCC product certification
  • Support gear box qualification certification
  • Acts as PMO for regional team and single point of contact between VT Process Organization & JV
  • Coordinates overall process landscape for the JV/region in alignment with BPE organization
  • Coordinates CRRC, business, IT & QMS organization
  • Introduces processes and aligns needs from all sides
  • Interacts as hub for all process stakeholders and local implementation
  • Identifies pain points, improvements and drives for solutions
  • Defines process requirements and prioritization for implementation
  • Usage & role model for VT process management tools
  • Maintain local PPI Board & measurements for success factors and tracking
  • Conducts selected workshops, moderates and coordinates
  • Interacts with BPE for best practice sharing and local needs
  • Preparing local organization for review and process release
  • Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals
  • Training of the organisation of QMS processes and Quality methods and CiP
  • Ensure Quality Management KPI and PPI reporting and implementation acc. standard’s requirements
  • Analyse customer requirements and make sure that they are incorporated in the projects, processes etc. (customer representative)
  • Auditing and interaction within the Q-APAC organisation
  • Consulting the Q-APAC organisation and its sites



  • Solid experience on ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS), IATF16949 and CRCC incl. related certificates as lead auditor (VDA, IATF, ISO etc.)
  • minimum 5 years’ experience in QMS
  • Bachelor Degree in related major
  • Experience in managing a department/team
  • Fluent English, 3rd language bonus
  • Navision and SAP, Microsoft office, statistical software, e.g. qs-STAT, MiniTAB
  • Quality methods expert
  • IATF core tools FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, PPAP
