For the Voith Turbo, department PJM Service, we are looking for you as a Project Manager Overhaul.

Responsibilities:

  Leading OTC projects of Mobility Rail products in APAC (new build, repeat order, in-house overhaul)

  • Delivering purchased and specified products and providing service to customer in Voith quality, in time and at minimum cost.
  • Leading and coordinating OTC project team in matrix organization according to OTC process and process SOPs
  • Leading internal communication / regular OTC ‘open tasks’ review with project team
  • Leading external communication / customer communication in OTC phase
  • Triggers, assigns work packages and follows up of OTC ‘open tasks’
  • Monthly OTC project reporting (cost control and deadlines) and customer fresh reporting and hold defined gate reviews
  • Owner of OTC project documentation / unified project folder
  • Regular project escalation (follow escalation and communication rules)
  • Establish automated KPIs for project involved departments
  • Leading major claim cases (coordinate, assign work packages, follow up and customer communication)
  • Leading change management of techn. or delivery schedule changes (triggered internal and external)
  • Leading cash collection
  • Ensure NAV SO quality / trigger updates
  • Profound techn. product knowledge
  • OTO, OTC and process SOP as well as department SOP knowledge
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Leading CRCC product certification (if triggered by quality)
  • Schedule OTC projects (milestone plan) of Mobility and Industry of Lotus plant based on OTC process, department and process SOPs, and profound product knowledge
  • Master scheduling support: Updates milestone plan in NAV Job in cooperation
  • Knowledge of IRIS requirements; acting according to, preparing and patriates in IRIS audit
  • Close and good cooperation with Key Account team

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (University) in business administration / project management with mechanical engineering major or more
  • Certified project manager (PMI or IPMA level D)
  • Profound knowledge of mechanical products and operations process
  • Working experience in project management (min. 3 years); customized products (small to medium scale)
  •  
  • Good English (and Mandarin) skill in reading and writing
  • Working knowledge of NAV Dynamics (all depart. views), MS Project and MS Office
  • Advanced user in MS Office Excel and Jet Reports
  • High sense of responsibility and loyalty
  • Very good social competence and intercompany networking
