Responsibilities:

 Lead Reginal MGM team to achieve the company target. Ensure that the team is well trained.

带领中国区物料组管理团队完成公司制定的目标。确保团队接收到良好的培训

 As a project leader to manage the strategic project sourcing process, coordinate cross team work, schedule, organize and follow up the sourcing activity

作为负责人管理好战略型项目采购流程,协调相关的智能按进度组织并跟踪整个战略项目采购活动

 Material Group Strategy build up and management

物料组采购策略的建立及管理

 Supplier management, including quality, costing and delivery management, supplier rating and performance review;

供应商管理,包含质量,成本以及交付的管理以及供应商评估以及绩效管理

 Select supplier according to customer's demand and sourcing policy

根据客户的需求以及采购方针选择合适的供应商

 Support supplier quality development for supplier audit evaluating

支持供应商质量发展团队进行供应商的审核以及评价

 Contract terms negotiation and management

合同谈判以及合同管理

 Other tasks assigned by manager

其他上级领导安排的工作

 

Requirements:

 Minimum 8 years of sourcing experience in Mechanical parts 

至少八年机械或相关行业询源采购经验

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, Material or equivalent

机械工程,材料或相关工科本科毕业

 More than 5 years working experience in Rail related product (gearbox, coupler, Frontnose)

具备5年以上轨道产品相关工作经验(齿轮箱、车钩及前端模块)

 Project management knowledge

具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力
