Core responsibilities：

1. PO and delivery follow up (55%)

Tracking supplier PO execution key milestone to ensure PO on schedule.

− 对供应商在PO执行过程中的关键节点进行跟踪，以确保PO交货期；

Closely follow up and Expedite supplier’s delivery when necessary.

− 必要时到供应商处对PO进度催交

Closely work with Quality and SD department to inspect on time after supplier delivered quality documents.

− 供应商提交质量文件后，协调质量部和供应商开发部门及时安排检验

Witness supplier factory inspection if urgent when no inspector.

− 紧急情况下，如检验人员不足，需对供应商的检验进行见证。

2. Delivery to customer (35%)

Create outbound (AOR) in SAP according PM requirement.

− 根据项目的需求，在SAP里创建发运需求

Coordinate with logistic related depts to ensure parts picking, outcoming , labelling and packing etc completed on time.

− 协调仓库及时出库，贴标签，车间包装，物流部门安排运输公司

Implement transport or delivery plan from PM on schedule.

− 根据项目发运计划发运

Timely get logistics info and upload on customer web site.

− 及时将发运物流及车辆信息上传到客户的网站

Send the receipt from customer to PM and Commercial.

− 将客户的签收回单发给项目和商务

3. Other task related to logistics function (10%)

Go to customer site for Opening Box Inspection if necessary.

− 如有必要需到电厂进行开箱检验

Other taskes

− 其他临时性工作

Professional Experience & Education

· Education:

mechanical education background. − j机械背景

College degree required. − 大专以上

· Work Experience:

3+ years experience in mechanical,Hydro power equipment is preferred. − 三年以上工作经验，机械、水电经验加分

SAP experience. - SAP经验

· Strong Coordination ability 较强的协调能力

· Can work under pressure 抗压能力

· Collaborative and be a team player 团队合作
