Responsiblity：

Responsible for employees services in Shanghai site （VT/VH）
In charge of all hard copies management for employee P-File in VT/VH, such as filing and so on.
In charge of onboarding processes and off boarding process.
In charge of employee’s contract renew process offline, and related filing operations.
Support the employees to apply Shanghai Residence permit、Shanghai Hukou application and related process (居住证积分首次申请、居转户等)
Prepare certification or letter as employees’ requests, support application of company stamp process and so on.

Request：

Bachelor degree or above;
Fluent English, both in oral and written
Work independently, efficiently and can work under pressure, high level of self-motivation
Good communication and interpersonal skill, good team spirit, high level of customer service experience required;
Pay attention to details
