<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Reviews customers specifications, further legal / statutory
requirements (Q related) and compare to VH standards aiming to
identify main relationships and differences (if any), ensure proper
requirements' management and compliance.
Reviews / issues project-specific Quality Plans and documentation
(e.g.: Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS).
Supports the development of project-specific sourcing & site
strategies and schedules, ensuring that all relevant quality activities
and requirements are considered and consistent to the strategies.
Supports, facilitates, reviews and releases project-specific Design
& Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, ensuring
proper method application, risk analysis & classification, actions
definition and their implementation.
Participates on key project related meetings (e.g.: Design reviews)
providing quality related input.
Ensure through process audits & verifications within VH sites and
based on project-specific data analysis that quality is being
incorporated in processes.
Drives, supports and facilitates continuous improvement activities
within VH sites based on project-specific data analysis.
Ensure project lessons learned (positive and negative) are
produced and management system changes are implemented, as

department's tasks & priorities defined by the Quality Engineering
Manager & Head of Quality and/or VH Quality.

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, as

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">applicable) or equivalent

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Post Graduate in Business Administration (desirable)

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Relevant work experience in Quality Management & Quality

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Engineering

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Relevant professional experience and knowledge in business

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">processes as well as in non-quality functions like Manufacturing,

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Successfully attendance of auditing training (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">19011, VDA 6.3)

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Knowledge in electrical, dimensional and NDT testing

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Practical knowledge in using IT-tools: SharePoint, SAP, MS

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Office, database tracking programs

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Good Lean Management background is an advantage

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Management and communication skills (incl. but not limited to
