Responsibilities:

Effectively and efficiently handle various customer complaints in a professional and flexible way and  achieve high customer satisfaction.

 

Good archive about customer complaints and skilled at writing.

 

Apply defined Complaint Process

1. Complaint Receiving

2. Complaint Assessment and Decision

3. Complaint Execution

 

Create monthly CM report

 

Support to improve product quality and manufacturing process.

 

 Act as Global CM for products that are in the responsibility of Voith Turbo China.

 

Experience & Education:

  • Work experience in the area of Rail > 5 years
  • Efficient knowledge of rail product /对轨道产品有足够和充分的认识
  • Bachelor degree
  • English, fluent in writing and speaking
  • Microsoft Office
  • Navision
  • SAP, basic knowledge
