Main Tasks

1. Calculate, adapt and check estimations according to guidelines. Prepare and complete the UCM（统一计算模块） / Cashflow / Price Schedule by CDB （德OTO报价系统）on time.

2. Coordination with OPM, Advocate, Contract Administration, Proposal Engineers and other team members in OTO phase regarding cost estimation strategy, cost quotation and cost drivers, etc., ensure to fullfill the target price and without big negative cost variance.

3. Compare cost with benchmark and other similar projects to identify the opportunity for cost optimization. Review the costs from functional departments, which should be fully responding to the main specification and KA（OTO工程师出具的报价依据）. In case of any deviation or missing, report to OPM to minimize the risks.

4. Cost analysis jointly with related departments and historical data. Optimize benchmark by marketing investigation and according to lessons learned from OTC.

5. Other tasks from line manager.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, in engineering, science and technology，date analysis；

2. Experiences on cost estimation / cost control or related is a plus;

3. Capability of data analysis;

4. Logical thinking, fast learner, English Workable;

5. Skilled and experience in MS office ( Power BI and EXCEL) ,and SAP is a plus;

6. Good communication skill is preferable;
