Core Responsibilities

  • Contract commercial Terms &Conditions review & risk control, and submit proposal to sales dept. on bidding activities including checking commercial terms deviation etc.
  • Fill in cost pre-calculation schema
  • Set up Sales Quotes and Sales Orders in in ERP system (Navision)
  • Order handling working with Sales and Project Manager
  • Billing process and payment tracking 
  • Monitor Account Receivable
  • Ensure that national work safety regulations, environmental regulations and enterprise rules and regulations shall be implemented in the department
  • Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals

 

 

 Knowledge /Languages 

 Solid commercial skills in commercial risk analysis, contract management and order handling

Experience 

  • 2+ years’ working experiences in Accounting, sales support, purchasing, commercial operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
