工作职责：

• 按照作业指导书规程对车钩装配、测试、包装
• 对生产设备进行维护、保养
• 参与车间的维护工作
• 参与生产部门翻班制的工作时间安排
• 负责个人工作区域的5S管理
• 贯彻落实安全生产、健康和环境保护法法律、法规、规章、规程
• 作业过程中，确保安全生产，坚持生产和安全“五同时”
• 贯彻公司和部门的质量方针、质量目标和健康、安全、环境的要求

岗位要求：

• 制造型企业相关工作经验，有机械基础知识者优先考虑
• 有钳工技能和电工基础优先考虑
• 具备以下特殊技能者优先考虑：叉车驾驶、高压电工
• 具有团队精神，工作认真负责，积极主动高效，能遵守公司的规章制度
• 能通过培训短期内掌握以下技能   
• 基本技能

• 半永久车钩预装，半永久车钩总装

• 关键技能

• 功能测试，扭矩，粘接衬套

• 其它技能       
• 油漆修补、产品包装
