Responsibilities 岗位职责:

• Interface person responsible for product reliability. 负责产品可靠性的接口人员
• Manage test process based on test specification and test bench. 根据测试规范和测试台管理测试流程
• Testing plan management. 测试计划管理
• Continuously improve company testing capability. 不断提高公司的测试能力
• Testing safety relevant management. 测试安全相关管理
• Create WI and guide technicians to perform test. 创建 WI 并指导技术人员执行测试
• Documentation and reporting of test results. 记录和报告测试结果
• Support product failure analysis. 支持产品故障分析
• Supervise the test bench maintenance and calibration. 监督测试台的维护和校准
• Design testing tools and jigs. 设计测试工具和夹具
• Technical support for field test. 为现场测试提供技术支持
• Technical support for serial test. 为系列测试提供技术支持
• Ensure that national work safety regulations, environmental regulations and enterprise rules and regulations shall be implemented in the department. 确保国家安全生产法规、环保法规和企业规章制度在本部门的贯彻执行
• Insist on "Safety first, prevention focus" policy, implement work safety responsibility system and Healthy, Safety and Environmental requirements by all levels during all kind of production and business activities. 坚持 "安全第一、预防为主 "的方针，在各类生产经营活动中落实安全生产责任制和各级健康、安全与环境要求

Requirements 岗位要求:

• Bachelor or above in automotive, electronic, mechatronic, or mechanical engineering. 汽车、电子、机电一体化或机械工程专业本科或以上学历
• More than 3 years working experience in testing. 3 年以上测试工作经验
• A complete project experience is mandatory. 具备完整的项目经验
• Experience in gearbox company is plus. 有齿轮箱公司工作经验者优先
• English skill is mandatory, e.g., documentation and communication in English. 必须具备英语技能，例如用英语编写文档和进行交流
• Microsoft office skill is mandatory, e.g., word, excel and PowerPoint. 必须掌握 Microsoft Office 技能，如 word、excel 和 PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data acquisition and statistical methods for data analysis. 熟悉数据采集和数据分析统计方法
• Experience in CAD-System, e.g., NX, ProE or Catia is plus. 有 CAD 系统（如 NX、ProE 或 Catia）使用经验者优先
• Experience in NVH is plus. 有 NVH 方面的经验者优先
