Responsibilities:

Assigned Material strategy build up and management
建立并发展管理所负责的物料的采购战略，并使之与集团的物料采购策略保持一致。
Select supplier according to customer's demand and sourcing strategy.
根据需求以及物料采购战略进行供应商的开发及选择
Supplier audit and evaluating.
供应商的审核以及评价
Supplier management, including quality, costing and delivery management, supplier rating and performance review;
供应商管理。包括但不限于针对供应商质量，成本以及交付等方面进行评价以及绩效管理；风险管理；供应商关系管理。
Support BCC project, local for global
支持本地化出口业务
RFQs, negotiations 
询价，商务谈判 

Contract Management
合同管理
Other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience in automotive industry and supplier management experiences in Mechanical parts 
至少5年汽车行业机械采购及供应商管理经验
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, Material or equivalent
机械工程，材料或相关工科本科毕业
Sourcing Commodities such as Casting, Forging, toothing, Machining working experiences will be a plus
具有采购如铸件、锻件、齿轮、和机加工件的物料工作经验者优先
Having cost calculation & analysis skills
具备成本核算及分析能力；
Having Quality tool knowledge
具有质量管理工具的基本知识储备；
Having Project Management Skill and legal/contract management Know how
具有项目管理技能以及法务和合同管理知识储备
Good negotiation and communication skills, Logical thinking, proactive and efficient
具备良好的商务谈判和沟通技巧，思路清晰，积极主动，高效
Multinational company, especially German company working experiences will be a plus
具有跨国公司，尤其徳资企业工作经验者优先

Fluent English and skillful in MS Office,
英语流利，能熟练使用办公自动化
Experience in ERP system is a plus
ERP系统经验者优先
