Responsibilities 工作职责:
Drive the schedule to meet agreed internal (Voith) and external (Client, 3rd party) milestones. 推动进度计划，确保达成与内部（福伊特）及外部（客户、第三方）商定的里程碑目标。
Ensure close and open contact with internal and external stakeholders (Client, 3rd party) 确保与内部及外部利益相关方（客户、第三方）保持密切且开放的沟通
Coordination of site activities 协调现场活动
Controlling and assessment of site status regarding costs and performance of work against plan 根据计划，对现场成本及工作绩效进行监控与评估
Maintain and manage Owner relationship 维护并管理业主关系
Management of subcontractors and supplier 管理分包商和供应商
Support of site staff in case of troubleshooting and decisions 在故障排除和决策过程中为现场人员提供支持
Fulfil contractual duties for site activities in close coordination with the customer or consulting and other project parties 与客户、咨询方及其他项目方紧密协作，履行现场活动的合同义务
Ensure proper planning between installation and commissioning 确保安装与调试之间的合理规划
Responsible for complete site documentation including daily / weekly / monthly reporting 负责完整的现场文档记录，包括每日/每周/每月报告
Change Control 变更控制
Failure reports and root cause analysis 故障报告及根本原因分析
HSE Status Reports HSE状况报告
Documentation of site meetings 现场会议记录
Follow-up of site running costs, burn rate, purchase orders, claims 跟进现场运营成本、资金消耗率、采购订单及索赔事宜
Meet and follow internal and external (i.e. customer) HSE standards 满足并遵守内部及外部（即客户）HSE标准
Always be good example 时刻以身作则
Being proactive in behaviour 积极主动地开展工作
Establishes effective teams and provides leadership for daily site activities 组建高效团队并为日常现场活动提供领导力

Requirements 岗位要求:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical and other related majors本科及以上,机械、电气等相关专业
More than 5 years of experience in hydropower project site management 5年以上水电项目现场管理经验
Sound technical and organizational knowledge of the installation and commissioning of the entire power unit (Generator + Turbine and auxiliary systems) 对整个动力装置（发电机+水轮机和辅助系统）的安装和调试具有扎实的技术和组织知识
Strong personality, excellent leadership skills and team player with motivation skills 个性鲜明，具有出色的领导技能和团队合作精神，具备激励技能
Negotiation skills 谈判技巧
Excellent communication and language skills (oral and written) 出色的沟通和语言技能（口头和书面）
Ability to maintain and manage Owner relationship 维护和管理业主关系的能力
