- Electrical Technical Support (80%)电气技术支持
− Lead HyService Electrical related OTO and OTC technical solution making or coordinating;水电服务投标阶段和项目执行阶段电气相关技术方案制定或主导与设计部门的协调工作
− Prepare the technical specification for supplier inquiries and evaluate the supplier’ technical offer during OTO and OTC stages.投标阶段与项目执行阶段准备面向供应商的采购或询价技术规范，并审核供应商提交的技术方案。
− Prepare technical proposal or bidding documents, technical reports etc准备投标阶段所需的技术方案，技术投标文件和计算报告等资料。
− Provide technical support to HyService Sales and PM when customer visit, technical inquiry, site assessment, seminar, trouble shooting etc.对水电销售人员和项目经理提供技术支持，包括客户拜访，应答技术咨询，现场评估，参与研讨会，问题解决等。
− Provide HyService engineering own or coordinate service engineering from engineering dept.提供水电服务部门自有的技术方案或协调设计部门给出技术方案
− Manage Engineering Request to Engineering Dept对与设计部门接口的设计任务需求单进行管理
− Develop new product/service solutions 开发新产品/新服务的解决方案
− Provide site supervision and repair when necessary;必要时可参与现场督导和现场修复服务工作
− Provide technical training;为客户提供技术培训
− Trouble shooting technical handling or coordinating for project execution and supplier NCR.对下列问题进行技术指导：问题处理，项目执行过程供应商不合格报告处理。 - Electrical Technical management (20%)电气技术管理
− Build HyService electrical technical database and manage technical documents;建立水电服务电气技术数据库并对技术文档进行管理
− Setup and develop HyService own technical competencies;建立与培养水电服务自有电气技术能力
− Manage technical document.管理技术文档
Requirements:
− Electrical engineering education background. 拥有电气工程专业技术背景。
− College degree required; Master degree in electrical engineering preferred. 至少拥有本科学历，硕士研究生以上学历优先。
− Be familiar with Hydro Power industry, 熟悉水电行业
− 5+ year experience in Hydro power electrical domain is preferred.5年以上水电领域工作经验优先
• English: Fluent, CET-6
• Major in Generator/Motor or its related
• Problem solving
• Can work under pressure.
• Collaborative and be a team player;
• Knowledge of generic office working practice with computer
