Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the establishment, optimization and implementation of the company's quality system to ensure its appropriateness, adequacy and effectiveness.

Maintain and achieve the 3rd party certifications according the defined and required scope by coordinating internal and external parties of QMS related information
根据规定和要求的范围, 协调内、外部体系相关方，维护和实现三方认证
According to Quality system requirement, plan management review, internal audit and quality improvement related activities to quality system.
基于体系要求，策划管理评审、内审以及体系相关的改善活动
Monitor and control QMS process, QMS corrective / preventive actions
负责质量管理体系过程的监视和测量的控制, 质量体系纠正、预防工作
Quality system document and record control
负责质量体系文件存档及记录工作
Quality data / database input and maintenance
质量信息及数据库维护
Coordinate internal QMS training
协调内部QMS 培训
Coordinate internal process optimization
协调内部流程优化
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automatic industry company for QMS management
5年以上汽车行业质量体系管理经验
Be familiar with IATF16949 standard, proficient in using 5 core tools
熟悉IATF16949体系标准，能熟练运用5大核心工具
Certification with internal auditor of IATF6949 and VDA6.3, minimum training record
IATF16949 内审员和VDA6.3资质, 至少有培训记录
Strong systematic logic, communication and coordination skills; proactive
体系思维强，具体较强的沟通协调能力，积极主动
Familiar with environmental management, occupational health and safety and other related knowledge, with experience in ISO14001/ ISO45001 system management preferred
熟悉环境管理、职业健康安全等相关知识，有ISO14001/ISO45001 体系管理经验优先
