Key Responsibilities 
 
1, New project OTO cost estimation: Communicate and organize internally to finish estimation of product cost and CAPEX for bidding
2, Scope of supply definition: Communicate and organize internally to define scope of supply according to design BOM
3, New parts sourcing dispatching: Cooperate with MGM for new part development and archive related documents
4, New parts development schedule tracking: Track development schedule and ensure the delivery of FAI samples and first batch order with quality
5, ECN tracking: Work with ECN team to execute engineering changing. 
6, Spare parts RFQ: Finish RFQ for spare parts from sales and commercial team
7, Product cost optimization: Manage product cost and finish cost reduction target
8, Localization: Track localization schedule and ensure components to be localized successfully
9, Special cases: Deal with kinds of special cases during project sourcing phase. Finish targets together with team
10, Others: Finish other tasks assigned by leader
 
 
 
Qualification:
 
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering 
5+ years of project/sourcing experience in Rail industry
Experience with casting/forging/toothing products are also a plus 
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications is preferred
Fluent in English speaking and writing
