工作职责：

• 根据文件规程对非标产品进行装配
• 对生产设备进行维护、保养
• 异常零件基础修整
• 参与生产部门翻班制的工作时间安排
• 负责个人工作区域的5S管理
• 贯彻落实安全生产、健康和环境保护法法律、法规、规章、规程
• 作业过程中，确保安全生产，坚持生产和安全“五同时”
• 贯彻公司和部门的质量方针、质量目标和健康、安全、环境的要求

岗位要求：

• 技校机械专业
• 制造型企业相关工作经验，有机械基础知识者优先考虑
• 有钳工技能和英文基础优先考虑
• 具备以下特殊技能者优先考虑：叉车驾驶、火焰切割、非破坏性探伤、行车操作、高压电工
• 具有团队精神，工作认真负责，积极主动高效，能遵守公司的规章制度
