 Responsibilities:

  • Review the products design drawings and give feedback in formal countersign;
  • Establish the manufacturing process(routing) in HySAP according to the production process plan, including machining, assembly, in-plant test, sand blasting, painting etc;
  • Hours Estimation for each process;
  • Apply for and prepare “CNC Request”, “Tooling Request” and “Packing Request” in HySAP according to the production process;
  • Prepare check sheets and  auxiliary drawings for the production process;
  • Risk assessments for the production process of key components, formulate the corresponding technical pre-plans/solution by P-FMEA, SOP, etc. and provide professional improvement measures;
  • Organize production process review & preparation meeting for key components before the manufacturing procedure released, meeting records in written and tasks assignment by PDCA;
  • Technical support to the workshop; Track the actual implementation and record the key information during the production;
  • Solve the unqualified cases happened by NCR timely during the production;     Effective Root-causes analysis and countermeasures by A3/8D report methods;
  • Hours statistics and cost analysis on SFC, the manufacturing hours, and the actual hours data of key components. Conduct cause analysis and effective solution on the hours data in large deviation;
  • Technical support for workshops, QC, PD, MD, FS, business suppliers and customers at company’s business level;
  • Continuous improvement: Develop and introduce external advanced technologies/tools into actual production for the purpose of production efficiency improvement and manufacturing costs reduction.

 

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and above, major in material, mechanical engineering or equivalent majors
  • At least 3 years experiences of machining process in heavy industry product, Experiences in hydro product is better.
  • Know well with the principle of the manufacturing process, know well with basic knowledge of machining painting and finishing assembly etc.;
  • Know well with  manufacturing equipment; Know well with mechanical criteria  - ASME, ISO and Chinese standard (GB and JB).
  • Ability to analyze cause of problem, to solve problem.Know well with office software such as Microsoft, SAP, CAD and solid Edge etc.
  • Fluent in English for communication
