工作职责：

• 提供技术解决方案，包括图纸、计算报告、物料清单等
• 与内部和外部各方进行沟通和协调
• 支持职能部门解决技术问题
• 为项目应用优化和标准化技术、设计方案、方法、工具和流程
• 通过团队学习和支持，了解并在项目中应用成熟可靠的发电机技术
• 与他人合作，利用现有的人力资源、技术、适用的设计方案、材料、制造方法、检验、测试、安装和调试程序，为项目服务
• 上级领导对任务或项目的特殊指派

岗位要求：

• 欢迎应届毕业生
• 电气工程专业本科及以上学历，掌握电机学专业知识
• 熟练使用电气设计软件和模拟工具
• 能用英语进行日常工作的写作和口语交流
• 熟悉有限元分析（如 Ansys），具备分析问题原因、解决问题的能力
• 熟练掌握 Microsoft 等办公软件
• 能够在团队氛围中工作（也能在国际团队中工作）
