Responsibilities

 

  1.    Design task 业务职责
    Responsible for assigned generator product design solution, quality, cost and technical risk management, and overall schedule control, ensure generator design fulfilling customer specification, VH design guidance, expected quality lever with optimized cost, minimized risk, and in time delivery, to keep regular reporting to team leader.
    对所负责的水轮发电机产品设计、质量、成本、技术风险以及计划进度进行有效控制,确保水轮发电机设计方案满足用户和公司要求,并按时完成成本合理、风险较低且满足预期质量要求的产品设计。及时向团队主管汇报项目进展情况。
    2.    Team development 团队合作
    Initiative for improvement continuously on generator engineering process, technical competency for the needs of business development in domestic, international and AMB market.
    To strengthen team spirit by continuously improvement on communication and cooperation between team members and functions, to enhance work enthusiasm and efficiency.
    主动改进和不断优化水轮发电机设计流程,提高个人能力以满足国内、国际及AMB市场业务发展需要。
    通过改进与部门内部和与相关部门人员的合作沟通, 不断提高工作热情和效率。
    3.    Engineering activity设计工作
    Familiar to generator technical solution for customer needs, including requirement, technical data and WBS, reviewing of design documents, elaborate technical document according to the specification and VH design guidance. Participation in technical design liaison meetings, design review and design freeze meeting for projects.
    VH engineering process and customer specification shall be followed strictly w/t deviation unless otherwise they are tuned in advance as per sales strategy, in which the technical items to be performed and completed for projects are listed in below, but not limited.
        Generator system design;
        DR/DF according to VH process;
        Technical data sheet, including interface data, guarantee data and risk sheet;
        Create BOM
        Communication and Coordination with supplier
        Support the function test for key component’s FAT 
        Site installation/commissioning supports
    熟悉设计方法和流程,确保设计方案满足用户合同要求,包括设计要求及参数、技术分工、审阅水轮发电机合同的技术要求;编制与VH-CT设计导则或相关技术规范相符的设计文件;参与项目的技术设计联络会、设计评审会。
    除非内部因需施策而事先统一过部署,必须严格按照集团设计规范流程及用户合同要求进行设计及相关工作,主要工作内容(不限于)如下:
        水轮发电机总体设计;
        按照VH 流程完成设计评审;(让生产review能否生产等)
        设计技术数据准备,包括与其他设备/专业的界面数据、保证值、技术风险分析等材料;
        建BOM
        和供应商进行技术沟通协调;
        参加关键部件的出厂功能试验
        安装调试技术支持
  2. 4.    Technology Application技术应用
    To apply optimized and standardized technology, design solution, methods, tools, process for projects.
    Learning and support by the team to understand and apply mature and reliable generator technology for projects.
    利用现有的和标准的水轮发电机技术、设计方案、设计方法及工具、工作流程及技术规范。
    设计中,通过学习或借助于他人,理解、掌握和合理应用成熟可靠的水轮机技术和经验。
    5.    Resource and cooperation资源利用
    Cooperate and work with others to use available manpower resource, technology, applicable design solution, material, manufacturing method, inspection, testing, installation and commissioning procedure to be applied for projects.
    协同相关人员,充分利用有效资源,包括人员、技术、设计结构、材料、制造工艺、测试方法、安装和调试工艺等。为项目提供最好的技术方案。
    6.    Special assignment专项任务
    Be able to receive special assignment on task or project from upper level leaders.
    能够承担上级安排的其他任务和工作。

Requirements:

  1.    Academic Background 学历背景
    Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or above
    电机或机械设计学士学位或以上
    2.    Professional experience 工作经历
    At least 3 years’ experience of design in hydro equipments engineering as preferred and/or worked for international company of heavy equipments
    在重型设备行业至少有3年设计经验,有水力发电产品(熟悉水轮发电机设计,包括电机基本原理、结构设计及材料等相关科学)经验者最佳;
    3.    Hydro power market  knowledge 水电市场知识
    Understand water resources and market situation in both domestic and international regions.
    了解国内外水电资源和市场的基本情况及用户对供货设备的需求。

1.    Generator machinery technology 
水轮发电机设计技术
Understanding technology with major in mechanical engineering of generator;
具备全面的水轮发电机结构的相关技术。
With theoretical knowledge for generator engineering in deeply, e.g. electro-mechanics, principles of electric and electrical engineering, electric machinery design, mechanical design, material science……
掌握水轮发电机设计理论及技术,包括包括电机学、电工原理、电机设计、结构设计及材料学等相关科学。
Understand knowledge and skill for generator design and application.
了解水轮发电机设计及应用专业知识。
2.    Engineering/project skill 工程设计技术
With project /engineering skill in in generator and/or mechanical design for hydraulic machine;
掌握大、中型水轮发电机或其他水力机械产品设计的专业知识
Knowledge of engineering related raw material, quality, manufacture, assembly of components, installation at site and commissioning. 
具备有关工程技术的技能如工程材料、质量控制、设备制造、装配以及现场安装和调试等
3.    Engineering standard knowledge 工程设计标准
Be familiar with related international, local and  Voith generator engineering standard and its application, e.g. IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ISO, ASME, EN, GB, NB, JB, TDG, IGL…..
熟练掌握关于水轮发电机设计的国内外标准和集团内部标准及其应用,主要包括IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ISO, ASME, EN, GB, NB, JB, TDG, IGL等技术标准和规范。
4.    Plant equipment/product knowledge 
电站设备知识
With basic knowledge for plant equipments or system such as turbine, auxiliaries, BoPE, BoPM, auto element, monitoring, CSCS.
了解水轮机、机组辅助设备、BoPE、BoPM、自动化、监控产品及系统及其应用。
5.    Engineering tool skills 设计分析工具
Understand whole package of generator design tool and methods to be applied.
掌握水轮发电机主要设计工具、方法及其应用。
Knowledge of FEA, Fatigue and analytical methods calculation, ability to analyze cause of problem, to solve problem;
具备有限元分析、疲劳和解析法计算,并分析产生问题的原因及解决问题的能力;
