工作职责：

提供技术解决方案，包括图纸、计算报告、物料清单等

与内部和外部各方进行沟通和协调

支持职能部门解决技术问题

现场安装/调试支持

为项目应用优化和标准化的技术、设计方案、方法、工具和流程

通过团队学习和支持，了解并在项目中应用成熟可靠的发电机技术

与他人合作，利用现有的人力资源、技术、适用的设计方案、材料、制造方法、检验、测试、安装和调试程序，为项目服务

能够接受上级领导对任务或项目的特殊指派。

岗位要求：

电气工程专业本科或以上学历

至少 3 年以上水电设备行业、发电机设备电气设计工作经验

熟练使用电气设计软件和模拟工具

能用英语进行日常工作的写作和口语交流。

具备重型机械行业电气设计方面的项目/工程技能

了解与原材料、质量、制造、部件组装、现场安装和调试相关的工程知识

熟悉有限元分析（如 Ansys），具备分析问题原因和解决问题的能力

熟练掌握 Microsoft、SAP 等办公软件

能够在团队氛围中工作（也能在国际团队中工作）。
