Prepare official complaint closure statement

Push quality improvement from the perspective of CM
从客诉的角度推动质量改进
Claim data summary and analysis for failure investigation ,monthly report
数据汇总分析并组织故障解析,更新月报
Responsible for the safety management of the team
负责团队的安全管理工作
Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals
贯彻公司和部门的质量方针、质量目标
Warranty cost regular review and accrual forecast
质保费用分析及财务预提测算支持

5 years working experience at related industry
5年相关行业工作经验
University graduate in mechanical background

Working experience of customer complain management of relative industry

Team leading experience
