主要职责

• 熟练操作数控机床（四轴或五轴加工中心），如DOOSAN-PUMA3100，NHP-6300等
• 能按图及作业指导书加工常规机械零部件，选用合适的刀具
• 根据操作的需要进行手工编程（法兰克，西门子系统等）
• 能按图纸及操作作业指导书进行零件自检，以及换型，会使用常规的量具，如千分尺；
• 设备日常保养维护（TPM）
• 现场5S管理
• 完成上级交代工作相关内容

岗位要求：

• 高中或中专以上学历
• 3年以上数控操作经验
• 具备机械制图、互换性与测量技术相关理论基础；
• 基础的手工编程能力
• 数控刀具选用及切削参数的优化
• 具有数控操作等级中级优先考虑
• 接受三班倒，需要自行解决翻班的交通问题
