工作职责：

负责机加工区域的工艺相关工作，包括如下：
工艺流程和作业指导书的制定优化
PFEMA制定优化
标准工时产能制定优化
程序设定和相关工装夹具设计
协助支持其他区域工艺工装相关工作；主导机加工区域的降本增效
主管安排的其他任务

岗位要求：

大专以上学历 
8年以上数控编程工作经验，精通至少一款主流 CAD/CAM 软件，会 UG优先，能进行四轴编程及动手调试能力
熟悉FANUC系统，了解西门子系统，熟悉OKK ，DOOSAN卧式加工中心者优先
具备非标工装夹具设计，及刀具选型管理能力
工业产品箱体类、回转体类零件丰富的加工经验者优先
开放心态与诚实 
优秀的团队合作者，能够激励团队成员 
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
