Responsibilities: 

精益项目规划与实施: 负责制定和实施精益生产项目计划，确保项目按计划推进并达成预期目标。

流程优化: 引入和应用精益生产工具和方法，如5S、TPM（全面生产维护）、VSM（价值流图）、PDCA（计划-执行-检查-行动）等。

绩效管理: 设定和跟踪关键绩效指标（KPIs），如生产效率、质量指标、成本控制等。

培训与辅导: 开展精益生产培训，提升员工的精益意识和技能。

持续改进: 推动公司的精益生产文化，推进OPEX Saving。从收集潜在的节约课题和项目到跟踪推进节约项目的落地，从而使公司的OPEX Saving能够完成集团指标。

Requirements:

本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、运营管理等相关专业。

5年及以上机械加工行业的工作经验，其中3年以上在企业内部成功实施精益项目的经历。

熟练掌握精益生产工具和方法，如5S、TPM、VSM、PDCA等。

良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同层级的员工和管理层有效沟通。

英语书写规范，口语流利，能够作为工作语言。
