工作职责：
- 实现车间指标
根据车间计划和领班的指导下，共同完成车间的KPI指标，如：安全，合格率，OTD，计划完成率，生产效率，生产利用率；
- 完成岗位任务
根据岗位指导文件（SOP, FPY，IAS，TPM指导书等）和领班的要求，合格地完成本工位的工作任务，包括：制造，5S，Opex，点检设备与工具，检查产品质量，填写相应表格等；
- 质量控制与报告
根据岗位指导文件（SOP,质量检查表，合格品模板），对半成品或者成品进行有效的质量检查，如实地填写检查数据，若发现异常时应及时按照NCR流程汇报给领班；
协助领班或其他部门解决产品的质量问题；
- 持续改进与其他
协助领班完成其他临时性任务；针对安全，质量，工艺过程提出合理化建议并配合其他人进行实施，共同提高公司产品的竞争力。
