The "Digitize The Core" team is at the center of the digital transformation strategy at Voith Paper. Our team makes our internal business moreefficient through digital innovations and IT tools.
We are currently looking for someone with a strong background in project management, who is passionate about digitalization.
As Project Manager - Digitalization, your ideas and your skills will directly impact the future way we do things at Voith.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible of your own global Voith Paper digitalization projects.
• You will collaborate directly with the business stakeholders to understand the current way we do things and determine how toimprove our processes, both in terms of efficiency and convenience for end-users.
• You will use your technical leadership to implement state-of-the art, first-class digital solutions.
• You will be accountable for your project from start to finish, from the initial project presentation to business leaders, to thepreparation of the pilot, the implementation of the solution, and then the confirmation of its sustainability.
• You will engage the business leaders by clearly communicating your vision for your project, to convince them of potential savingsand increased efficiency, and how it will benefit Voith Paper.
• You will communicate the progress and results to all stakeholders.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in project management.
• If you have prior knowledge of the Voith Paper processes, this is an asset. However, if you don't but have a learning mindset, this issomething you can acquire.
• We require a very good command of English and good written and spoken German.
• Your affinity for digital technologies and solutions, as well as your high level of project management and project leadership skills iswhat will make you successful in this role.
• Personally, you will impress in this role with your ability to catch things quickly, your analytical thinking, your proactivity, your strongcommunication skills, your high level of teamwork, your assertiveness and your willingness to compromise.
