Your tasks

  • This role involves planning, coordinating, executing, controlling, and evaluating all financial activities. The main goals are to ensure the best application of resources, achieve greater profitability through continuous cost control, and secure cash flow through optimizing the payment and receipt processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the regional president and other senior executives, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Develop strategies to optimize and maximize profits and results through comprehensive financial studies and analysis, considering both market trends and company perspectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Strengthen partnerships and ensure the interests of the company, through the establishment and maintenance of relationships with banks and other Financial Institutions.
  • Support investment decisions with economic and market studies to achieve the Company's objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis for provisions and evaluate business opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and oversee the company’s budget and financial forecasts.
  • Support the decision-making process by developing and issuing financial reports, as well as conducting economic and informative studies on activities within your areas of responsibility.

 

 

 Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field, and have several years of professional experience in Financials and Controlling within the industry.
  • A strong skillset of strategical thinking and planning are key.
  • You are passionate about creating value together with the customer, understanding the individual challenges and respective value drivers.
  • Your strengths include a strong customer focus, very good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking as well as an integrative and cooperative mindset. 
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
