Your tasks

  • As part of our global People & Culture organization, you will be responsible for the operation and continuous development of all services delivered company-wide through the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.  
  • Your focus will be on designing and enhancing global services such as Goal Management, Performance Reviews, Development Plans, Talent Management, 360° Feedback, Succession Planning, Continuous Performance, and Calibration. This is carried out in close, agile collaboration with the People & Culture Performance & Growth team, as well as the People & Culture Business Partner organization.  
  • A key aspect of your role is the development and implementation of these services within SuccessFactors, as well as their communication and training, with the goal of balancing complexity and usability.  
  • Ideally, you are able to independently handle most of the required configuration and development work within SuccessFactors, supported by internal resources where needed. In addition, external consulting partners are available when required.  

 

Your profile 

  • You hold a university degree or a comparable qualification and have experience in the HR / People & Culture environment, along with a strong interest in designing HR processes and HR IT systems.  
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is required. Several years of experience with the Performance & Goals module is highly desirable, as well as experience in building Story Reports for this module. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules or additional HR applications is a plus.  
  • Due to frequent interaction with stakeholders across different regions, you have excellent English skills both written and spoken - a good command of German is a plus.  
  • You bring strong communication skills, a high level of integrity, and flexibility.  
  • Assertiveness, a strong team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment, complete your profile.
