We are currently looking for Microsoft Office 365 Application Lead Consultant to join our team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Microsoft Office 365 solutions, which include Microsoft Apps and Teams, as well as their administration, development, and support.
• The strategic, conceptual, and technological development of the Microsoft Office 365 product family and related services.
• Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of malfunctions and security incidents.
• Managing licenses, implementing preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee IT operations, and analyzing errors in the case of customer issues, you will assist our specialized divisions and support units.
• Carry out challenging migration projects to the cloud.

Additional responsibilities:

• Documentation creation for the internal knowledge base.
• Advise, conceptualize, design and implement individual solution concepts in the Microsoft Office 365 environment with customers and colleagues.

Professional Experience & Education:

• Engineer Graduate, Microsoft 365 Certified.

• 8-10 years of experience.  

Specific  skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)  

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for SaaS solutions, such as Microsoft Office 365 and its sub-products.

• PowerShell Scripting.
• Good knowledge and interest in current technological trends in the environment of Microsoft Office 365 or e.g. Teams, Azure, SharePoint Online are desirable.
• We require a very good command of good command of written and spoken English.
