Your tasks

• Responsible for the project planning of rebuilds of slitter rewinders in close cooperation with the sales department and the design department.

• Develop rebuild concepts taking into account customer requirements and formulation of corresponding offers.

• Review on customer requirements for their technical feasibility and work out possible modification proposals as well as the subsequent clarification with the customer.

• Create a technical quantity structure and dimension the individual components, deriver the calculation of the manufacturing costs and carry out the necessary technical calculations.

• Adjust the quantity structure according to the sold scope of delivery as well as the costs and the construction effort.

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering) with a strong technical understanding; completed training in the field of mechanics or mechatronics is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of construction; knowledge in the field of machine control is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, self-confident appearance in front of customers and colleagues (m/f/d).
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and machine inspections on site in the EMEA region (10 - 20 %).
