  • Development and foster relationship with new and existing customers for a sustainable business in paper
  • Ensure that global growth opportunities & profits are systematically discovered, quantified and exploited.
  • Lead and coach the regional sales organisation; plan, agree & implement sales activities that maximize sales efficiency & profitable growth 
  • Ensure discipline, motivation and adherence to company rules
  • Set up & ensure implementation of the regional sales strategy over all product categories. Align & prioritize implementation of manifold strategies, sales channels etc.
  • Responsible for promotiony of Industry 4.0/IoT  portfolio
  • Responsible for increasing and strengthening market share and opportunities within the Central China Region.
  • Coordination with Voith other OUs. Based in Kunshan

 
  • Academic Background学历背景

    Bachelor degree or above, Ideally educated to Master Degree level with an in-depth sales & marketing experience, preferably in B2B automation or IT fields

     

  •  Professional experience工作经历

    Working 5 years and above, Minimum 3 years of management experience in international organizations

  • Proven capability to implement Go2Market offering and sales strategies with successful market capture and mix management
  • Know the Paper vertical very well. And have rich experience in running a sales team.
  • Can remain focused on goals in a complex environment with  autonomous and goal orientated working style
  • Has proven capability to lead multi-cultural organizations
  •  Excellent communication skills and a und distinctive team orientation
