Daily Work:

• Conduct the inspection according to Voith Quality Specification (VQS) at Voith suppliers’ factory
• Conduct receiving inspection according to Voith Quality Specification (VQS) at Voith own workshop for raw material, semi/finished parts as well as the welding, machining and surface treatment quality
• Conduct out-going inspections for all export goods that manufactured and /or purchased from suppliers by VPC before packing at VPC workshop.
• Create and upload the inspection protocols into IT-system (SAP).
• Ensure that the latest drawings, specifications are used of inspectors at suppliers.
• Report nonconformity (Q2/F3 notification). Assist supplier and VPC QM SQE person to analyze the reasons and ensure the actions implementation to avoid recurrence.
• Introduce the measures for rectification and future preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Engineering education, experience in Quality or manufacturing work at least 3 years
• Experiences in welding（国际焊接检验师IWI或CWI）, NDT（无损检测：PT/MT/UT） or structure industry机加工 is recommended.
• Strong communication, independently working, flexibility
• College degree or Bachelor degree
• Fluent English both in speaking and writing
• Good communication and coordination, ability to implement quality process and tools
• Basic paper machine product knowledge
• Familiar with all relevant MS-Office tools and with modern office communication
