Daily Work:

Arrange PF base weaving plan and release production cards 安排毛布基布织造计划并下放生产单.
Create mother roll WO and release production cards 创建母布工单并下放生产单.
Maintenance Base and Mother Roll weaving and sizing plan in Planning system 在计划系统中维护基布和母布织造及裁切计划.
Print and binding production cards 打印并装订生产单.
Production plan Kanban meeting 生产计划晨会的安排及协调.
To reduce WIP according to target time of different sections and satisfy demands of manufaturing capacity with reasonable production arrangement 根据计划时间降低半成品库存量以及通过合理排产来满足产能需求.
Daily monitor manufacturing status, plan and prioritize manufactoring resources to ensure production schedule on time hit rate 每日监控生产状况，优化协调现有资源，以确保主生产计划的准时达成率.
Production output monitoring, WIP monitoring report refresh and post. Analyze, coordinate and action for diviations 产出和WIP报告的更新和发布，如有偏差，分析，协调，并采取行动.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above本科或以上学历
1~2 years related working experience1~2年相关工作经验
Good logical thinking and learning skill逻辑思维和学习能力强
Result-oriented thinking, good and strong skill in communication and coordination and ability to work under pressure 结果导向，良好的沟通协调能力，具备较强的抗压能力
Be proficient in MS office is basic要求熟练使用微软办公软件
Experience in Power BI, excel data modeling is a plus 有Power BI, 数据建模经验优先
Be familiar to manufacturing industry basic process 熟悉制造行业基本流程
