Responsibilities:

  • Work under the leader of sales and service managers.
  • Onsite fabrics survey on paper machines in CNS includes forming, press, dryerTB
  • Providing a strong technical support to customer by the regular survey.  Ensuring guidelines set by the application department are strictly followed.
  • Reporting back to the MILL Manager and company on any deviations performed by the customer. Advising and discussing with customer any issues that may arise caused by the deviations performed.
  • Perform extended observation to ensure smooth running on fabrics installed and early problem detection.
  • In coordination with company related department, responsible as the preliminary contact on customer complaint case. Perform immediate onsite information gathering (onsite).
  • Responsible for ensuring the health &safety policy is practices and continuously securing zero accidents in the work place
  • Machine run-ability issues,   collection of history of  fabric/Roll in position,    shut-down inspection of fabric in position.   
  • Other job related tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Paper making technical background/ engineering   ,above bachelor degree is preferred.
  • Over 5 years working experience in pulp and paper industry or fabric relative
  • fabric service experience in paper industry is prior
  • Practical knowledge of relating product and paper making process
  • Basis computer knowledge and good communication skill
  • English and mandarin is compulsory
