1. Formulate corresponding sales strategies according to the company's strategy & plan and combined with the characteristics of the business, fulfill the sales plan and achieve the overall performance of the business unit.

2. Constantly improve the team structure; actively develop and cultivate excellent talents; design a series of training courses with reasonable structure, effectiveness and excellence for team; continuously build up the local competence under the support from HQ.

3. Go deep into the market, build up excellent relationship with customer and increase reputation of Voith image; understand the changes in the environment; conduct market research, team feedback, customer evaluation, and peer comparison; timely communicate with superiors and teams; put forward market expansion plans, product and process optimization as well as other suggestions.

4. Manage daily business work. Coordinate and manage healthy competition among team members, resolve conflicts in time, and constantly improve the team's combat effectiveness and cohesion. Through all kinds of training, the team will be cultivated into an honest, professional, enterprising and results-oriented wealth management team.

5. Help team members build relationships with high-net-worth clients. Provide customized asset allocation suggestions and plans based on customer requirements.

6. Full liner strategy implementation by good cooperation with other business lines.

7. Good communication with HQ and other business departments within P&S to support the growth.


1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation

2. Training experience in marketing, sales and management.

3. At least 5 years working experience in paper making industry, at least 5 years working experience in team management, with at least 10 people working experience;

4. Rich automation background, good personal relationships with the middle/high level customers.

5. Fluent English both in written and spoken

6. Good skills on Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

7. Experience on the SAP
