Daily Work:

1.    Corporate positioning and messaging
Position Voith as a responsible global technology leader by driving and implementing internal and external communication programs. Delivery the Corporate strategy through strategic communications, coordination of news flow, development and dissemination of compelling stories (internally and externally), stakeholder engagement, counselling of leaders.

2.    Management of all communication channels
Create content, translate and manage communications collateral and channels, eg. corporate literature (press releases, newsletters, presentations, speeches, photos, videos), website and social media (Chinese and English)

3.    Media relations development and maintenance. 
Engaging and building relations with key media outlets (top-tier through to media across mainstream and digital) and social media channels. 

4.    Identify, plan and manage corporate events in China
Including participation in industry-related events, working with event organisers, vendors and partners to ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are met

5.    Coordinate rapid response across functions during crisis
 

Requirements:

At least 5 years' relevant working experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or relevant discipline.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese, including mastery of various writing formats with expertise in editing.  

Experience in developing and managing integrated communications campaigns and activities involving traditional media and digital channels. 

Possess strong curiosity in business, strategy, communication, and customers

Mature and able to work in cross cultural working environment
