Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven approaches to build and maintain cost models and provide financial analysis.
- Manage Manufacturing Cost and Hourly Rate
-Estimate manufacturing costs for planning and forecasting, and monitor the trend towards actual
-Define cost allocation drivers for both fixed and variable by cost item
-Develop and maintain a reliable methodology to acquire a structural hourly rate
- Cost Model Development for Product Cost Simulation
- Define key factors of fixed and variable costs that drive product cost.
-Create a cost model that can be used to estimate the product cost.
-Validate the realibility and the effectiveness of the cost mdoel.
- Reporting and Analysis at the Right Level of Granularity
-Product cost development over periods-
-Cost Variance for both price and volume
-Working hours in significant Production Steps
- Month Close, Internal Controls, Process Optimization and Other Support
Requirements:
- Bachelor;s degree in accounting or related majors
- AI background and relevant experience are required
- 4+ years of costing accountant in a manufacturing environment
- Good written and oral English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
