Responsibilities:

• Daily operational support tasks for the training center building, including office supplies management, meeting room reservation and coordination, and supervision and coordination of meeting room sanitation.
• Assist in the smooth conduct of internal training, meetings, and other activities within the training center, such as ensuring the normal operation of related equipment and facilities, and assisting in promptly handling daily repairs and emergency maintenance matters.
• Actively respond to and execute work assignments from superiors, such as assisting in the execution of special projects.
